The sudden sales decline starved the company for capital and literally forced
us to close operations. While I did not benefit financially, nor did any of my family members, one of my primary concerns
was, and still is, the membership of APP. Many Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) of APP made tens of thousands,
and some, hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions, and thousands were rewarded with free gas cards; all of this equating
to approximately 7 million dollars in commissions that was paid out to those that participated in the compensation plan. During
the operating period of APP approximately 22 million dollars in gas cards were sold to our members at a 20% discount; this
saving the APP membership approximately 4.2 million dollars in their purchases at gas stations.
When APP closed there
were some members that had purchased gas cards, but did not receive their gas cards prior to APP closing. This shortfall
of APP has always been a personal burden and I have always hoped to reopen APP, or a business similar, that would enable APP
to resolve that loss that its members experienced. Even though I have experienced tremendous adversities and misfortunes as
the owner of APP, and even though it’s been nearly 7 years since the closing of APP, I still would like to,
in some manner, resolve those financial shortfalls due the APP membership.
I am now the owner of a new business,
so named, Magic Rewards. Magic Rewards markets a savings program that will enable its members to save hundreds of dollars
in their daily purchases; sales representatives in Magic Rewards will have the opportunity to make up to $29,500
each month in the compensation plan. The compensation plan in Magic Rewards is a 3 X 8 expanding matrix.
I have
taken most of the old APP data base of members (approx. 49,000) and placed them in the Magic Rewards 3 X 8 matrix. APP
members are placed in the Magic Rewards matrix in the order of their sign up date in APP. This will provide many of
those members that were in APP a tremendous opportunity in Magic Rewards. This could also provide commissions
for many of the old APP membership the very first month.
I have restructured the business model for the Magic
Rewards Savings Program in an attempt to attract the old APP membership. The cost to participate in the Magic Rewards
Savings Program is $198 annually, and, there's a $39.95 monthly fee. The $198 sign up fee is being waived in
an effort to motivate members of the old APP membership to sign up in Magic Rewards. The only cost is $39.95 each month.
I'm asking that everyone just try the new Magic Rewards Savings Program for 3 months. You can opt out at any time; this
is simply a month to month commitment.
Should you be contacted by anyone in regard to this proposed plan, please give
the proposal serious thought. You will be able to assume your position in the Magic Rewards matrix simply by going to
your proposed site in Magic Rewards. Your site will have your first and last name (as listed in APP) as your user ID
and the password will be "password." An example, if your name was listed as Bob Smith in APP, your address
to get to your Magic Rewards site would be: www.magicrewards.net/bobsmith (don't forget the " / " in the address).
Once you find your site in Magic Rewards, simply log in with
your user ID and password, pay your monthly fee by entering your banking info; change all of the pertinent information to
your personal liking, this would include changing your user ID, your password, and filling in all the other personal info
like your social, your right address, and date of birth. You will need to register your personal checking account for
payment, we will also use this account each month to wire your commissions directly to you, no waiting for a check in the
mail.
We will begin the sign up process February 10th. I can be contacted via e-mail at: fdcomer@att.net You can see an overview of Magic Rewards on line at: www.magicrewards.net
I hope you will give this proposal your serious consideration.
Cordially,
Dave Comer
